Reservation & payment
Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is possible from 16:00.
If availability allows, we are happy to arrange early check-in - please let us know in advance.
Apartments & comfort
All apartments are carefully designed and fully equipped. They include:
- quality bedding and towels
- fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette
- free, fast and stable Wi-Fi
- basic hygiene and kitchen utensils
The internet connection is strong and reliable.
Wi-Fi is unlocked and does not require a password.
Yes. The bedrooms are separated by a door, ensuring privacy and peace.
The doors are of very high quality, which ensures good acoustics and living comfort.
Views & location
Yes. Each apartment has a mountain view.
The accommodation is surrounded by mountain scenery in all directions, so regardless of the apartment, you will be greeted by Alpine views.
Activities, attractions & cuisine
To make planning your stay easier, we have prepared a comprehensive selection of recommendations:
- On our website you will find ideas for activities, excursions and cuisine in the area;
- In each apartment, you will also find the book Explore Slovenia, where attractions and restaurants are carefully selected and described.
This way, you can discover the surroundings without rushing and choose what suits you best.
Food & drinks
Upon arrival, you will find in the apartment:
- coffee (capsules or ground Turkish-style coffee)
- basic drinks
- refrigerator with a mini freezer.
There will also be some drinks waiting for you in the fridge – free of charge. This is our welcome to you – just enjoy.
Washing, ironing and accessories
Yes. A washing machine and dryer are available in the auxiliary facility, where there is also storage for bicycles and additional equipment.
You will receive access and usage instructions upon arrival.
Yes. An iron and ironing board are available for rent.
We just ask that you inform us beforehand so that we can prepare them and bring them to the apartment.
Parking & mobility
Yes. There is plenty of parking space around the house.
A parking map is posted at the entrance to the house, clearly marking recommended parking spaces for guests.
Yes. A public charging station for electric vehicles is located approximately 400 m from the property.
Waste
We separate waste into:
- packaging
- mixed waste

We are happy to assist you with any questions or assistance. You will receive contact information upon arrival.
We understand that accidents can happen. Please let us know and we will always find a reasonable and fair solution.
If availability allows, an extension of stay is possible. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
Invoices & administration
Of course. A company invoice is possible – please provide us with the details in a timely manner.
The tourist tax is in accordance with local law and clearly stated upon booking, i.e., already included in your price.
